Every job gets priced on-site, not off a generic rate — deck size, material and how much mildew or weathering there is all change the time it takes, so we look at the deck before we quote a price.

Will this work on composite decking?
Yes. Composite and real wood aren't treated identically — the approach is matched to the material, since what restores a wood deck isn't automatically right for composite boards. Both are handled, just not the same way.
How often should a deck be cleaned?
It depends on sun and shade exposure and the deck material — a heavily shaded deck holds mildew longer than one that gets full sun, and wood and composite weather differently. There's no single interval that fits every deck.
Do you clean the railings too?
