Guarantee
If it's not right, I come back. That's the whole policy.
That's the guarantee, in full. Not a fine-print version of it — the whole thing. If something on your property wasn't cleaned the way it should have been, reach out and we'll come back and make it right. No argument, no excuse.
How it works
What "made right" means in practice
-
Reach out
Call or text if something's missed or doesn't look right once it's dry. You don't need to explain it perfectly — just tell us what you're seeing.
-
We come back
Curt comes back out and fixes it. Same person who quoted and worked the job the first time, not a different crew who has to be brought up to speed.
-
No argument, no excuse
You won't have to make a case for why the job should have gone differently. If it's not right, it gets fixed.
Why this holds
It ties back to how every job is run
Honesty means the quote you get is the price you pay, with nothing hidden until after the work's done. Accountability means Curt quotes every job and works it himself, so there's no crew to blame and no handoff for a promise to get lost in. Put those two together and the guarantee isn't a policy bolted on afterward — it's what those values require. If it's not right, it means the job wasn't actually finished yet.
