Every job gets priced on-site, not off a generic rate — house washing is priced by the size of the home and the condition of the siding, since a heavily soiled or salt-caked house takes more solution and more time than a house washed a year ago.

Will this damage my siding?
No. Soft washing uses low pressure and the right cleaning solution for your siding, not brute force. That's different from pressure washing, which can drive water behind siding or strip paint if it's used the wrong way. We match the method to the surface.
How often should I get my house washed near the beach?
