Common questions
Is pressure washing safe for my siding and roof?
We soft wash siding and roofs: low pressure with a cleaning solution that kills mold and algae at the root, so it stays clean longer. High pressure is only used where it belongs, on concrete and pavers.
Do I need to be home?
No. Just make sure we can reach an outdoor water spigot and get through any gates. Plenty of our customers are away when we work.
Is it safe for my plants and pets?
We rinse plants before and after we clean. Please keep pets inside until we're done and surfaces are dry.
How much does it cost?
Every job has a $400 minimum. Every price is set on-site or by phone, not off a generic rate, since size, condition and access all change the job. Send a quote request or call for your price.
How often should a beach-area home be washed?
Most homes near the coast need it about once a year. Salt air and humidity bring mold and algae back faster than inland.
